As a Senior Organisational Development Practitioner within Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Nami is passionate about workplace cultures being challenged and changed to become more inclusive places to be. She has a particular interest in the role of self-awareness in leadership. Led by the passion to help people create the right conditions to thrive and express their talent, Nami is a keen facilitator and professionally accredited coach with a specific focus on supporting diverse staff to navigate leadership challenges and to develop their career within the organisation. She has played a key role in building allyship behaviours within the organisation through developing and delivering content relating to diversity, equity and inclusion. Nami has also contributed significantly to establishing staff networks within HUTH.
Prior to joining the NHS, Nami worked as a business psychologist in several consulting firms. She has identified, designed and delivered solutions for multiple sectors including Financial Services, Pharmaceutical industry and Healthcare. Here is where Nami first sparked her keen interest in developing people and organisations which she finds extremely fulfilling.
Nami has earned a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham.
